  • Mónica Araya was born in Costa Rica, and has worked in sustainbility for over 20 years, focusing on consumer and citizen engagement in renewable energy and electric mobility. She founded the organisation Costa Rica Limpia to bring people closer to clean technologies that improve their everyday life and her group pioneered Movilidad Eléctrica – the first electric mobility platform in Latin America devoted to the education of consumers about electric vehicles. She co-founded the Electric Mobility Association in Costa Rica and is the Vice President of the Board.
