Fiona Cannon was most recently Group Sustainable Business Director at Lloyds Banking Group leading the Group’s work on Purpose, Social Sustainability, Responsible Business and Inclusion and Diversity as well as ESG reporting. She is currently the Chair of Surviving Economic Abuse, the only UK Charity raising awareness of economic abuse.


Fiona also sits on the FTSE Women Leaders Review steering Group, the independent business led framework supported by the UK Government, which sets recommendations for increasing women’s representation in Boards and Executive teams across  FTSE 350 and 50 of UK’s largest private companies.  She is the author of The Agility Mindset published in 2017, proposing a new organisational approach to flexible working and was appointed an OBE in 2011 for services to Equal Opportunities. Fiona has previously been Deputy Chair of the UK Equal Opportunities Commission and a Non- Executive Director on the Board of the Government Equalities Office.
