Lebo Nke is the Chief Culture Officer at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. In her role, she ensures that the culture, leadership and strategy of the organisation are in sync.
She has been at Harambee since 2013 in different roles engaging with unemployed youth, the private, public and social sector partners in the design and implementation of solutions that can solve global youth unemployment.
Lebo brings over 20 years of experience of large scale change management, communication, stakeholder engagement and management. She worked at Accenture and De Beers Group before serving as Managing Director of Converse Consulting and Management Services, which was acquired by EY.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and a Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD – France, Fontainebleau Campus
