About
Kate is Co-Founder of 103 Ventures, a specialist climate-action consultancy focused on systems and transformational change. She is a Senior Associate at Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
The mission of 103 Ventures to become a precise toolbox for intervening in any industrial system to accelerate positive change. Kate delivers on this mission through several 103 in-house tools /programmes designed to contribute to building a sustainable and resilient society by 2050.
Recent projects include the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) systems intervention point programme, C Change. The World Business Council for Sustainable Development’s (WBCSD) Market Transformation Action Agenda, Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership’s (CISL) Net Zero Transformation Inquiry, the design of a ca. $100m early stage systemic venture fund, and an inter-organisational community of practice to accelerate collaboration between sustainable finance and the built environment.
