We will hold data about people who have neither applied to nor attended a CISL programme/course/event but have consented to us keeping in touch with them via a newsletter request, brochure download, or general contact for two years. After this time, we will contact you via email to allow you to update your personal information and ask whether you are happy for us to continue to hold your data so that we can keep you informed about our activities/invite you to future programmes and events. You may opt out at any time by contacting info@cisl.cam.ac.uk or automatically unsubscribing to emails.

For members of our Network, including our alumni, Senior Associates and Fellows, we will hold a limited amount of personal information indefinitely as a record of your completion of a programme or involvement with our work, unless you request otherwise. Every two years we will contact you via email to allow you to update your personal information and ask whether you are happy for us to keep you informed about our activities/invite you to future programmes and events. You may opt out at any time by contacting info@cisl.cam.ac.uk or automatically unsubscribing to emails.
