Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business (PCSB)

The Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business (PCSB) is a 9-month Master's-level graduate programme, delivered part time for working professionals.

The programme is designed to strengthen your leadership skills, help you embed sustainability in your organisation or across your supply chain to achieve positive, transformative change.

You can choose from two streams depending on your role and discipline, professional interests and learning needs.

Embedding sustainability within the context of an organisation, from strategy through to operations.

Driving sustainability across an organisation’s supply chain and the markets in which it operates by creating value across the full life cycle of a product (from its conception to its end use).

Senior to mid-career professionals and managers interested in:

  • Embedding sustainability in organisational decision-making
  • Developing organisational strategy, policies, processes or products
  • Engaging internal and external stakeholders 

Senior to mid-career professionals and managers interested in:

Course accreditation


Successful completion of the PCSB results in a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Cambridge (60 CATS points at Level M).

PCSB alumni are welcome to apply for the Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership (worth 180 CATS points) or use the credit gained toward the Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business (PG Dip, worth 120 CATS points)
