Organisational stream tutors

Participants are supported throughout their studies by a Tutor who will guide their learning on both individuals assignments and group projects. Tutors also contribute to the learning of the cohort as a whole by delivering and chairing workshop sessions in their individual areas of expertise. Tutors will support participants for the duration of the course, but may change each year. Biographies for some of our most recent Tutors can be found below.   • Elspeth is the Deputy Director of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, South Africa Office. Elspeth’s interest in Sustainability, Well Being & Human Development comes from her science background when she studied Zoology, Biochemistry and Dietetics and much later on in life an MBA.

Oliver Dudok van Heel, Fellow

  • Oliver Dudok van Heel is a CISL Fellow and the Head of Client Sustainability and Environment with law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he leads the development and implementation of the firm's approach to sustainability. He led the New York Circular City Initiative, convened by Freshfields, a collaboration of leaders from the city, its businesses and key thought leaders to help New York make the transition to the circular economy.

He acts a Special Advisor to Triodos Bank (having previously been Group Director of Strategy overseeing strategy development for the Triodos Group). As part of his strategy role, he designed and facilitated learning, development and innovation programs to accelerate progress in sustainability sectors across Europe.
