Paul Begley, Director, Customised Programmes

Paul is the Director of Customised Programmes. Over the past eight years, he has designed courses to help organisations anticipate and respond to the changing context in ways which support resilience, innovation and productivity.

He has helped clients in a range of ways, enabling them to enhance their strategic thinking, inform capital investment programmes, engage customers differently, create approaches to the circular economy and breakdown silos across complex organisations. Among his achievements, Paul developed the most popular online course for a Fortune 500 business and designed an award-winning programme for future global leaders. Paul has also been a voluntary personal mentor on The Queen’s Young Leaders Programme in 2017.

Prior to CISL, Paul worked for the think-tank/consultancy AccountAbility where he worked with a range of clients in different sectors. In this role, he led the prestigious King Khalid Responsible Competitiveness Award which helped companies in Saudi Arabia become more sustainable and he led an annual assessment of the world’s biggest companies for Fortune magazine.

Paul is a keen racing cyclist and he loves to run. Most weekends, you will find him at some form of running or cycling event.

"For me, this agenda is really about winning. Over the last few years, we have helped organisations of all shapes and sizes think creatively and unlock new opportunities."
