Rupert is a programme manager in CISL’s Digital Learning Team, where he is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and enhancing a portfolio of online courses, and supports the creation of in-person executive education programmes across a range of sectors. Working with clients, key contributors, industry experts and delivery partners, he ensures the programmes within the portfolio are aligned to best practice in terms of sustainability trends, online pedagogy and education technology.

Marija joined the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) as Programme Manager for Executive Education in 2023. She is currently supporting the Postgraduate Education team in the expansion of their sustainable business programmes, combining insight into educational design with a strong focus on sustainability and leadership. 

Meredith joined CISL after a long career in the private sector and is now a CISL Programme Director leading the delivery of our Digital Learning portfolio of high quality, high impact online certificate courses for professionals.

Meredith’s motto is 'live and lead with purpose' through placing positive impact on people, nature, and climate at the heart of business models and systems. She believes private-private sector collaboration is an imperative to create a future that is fairer, healthier, kinder, and infinitely sustainable.

Danielle joined CISL in 2024 as a Programme Director in the Executive Education team. She brings with her over a decade of experience in driving socially and environmentally responsibly change in large flagship UK businesses.

Cressie leads executive education programmes for senior leaders to equip them with the knowledge and capability required to deliver ambitious business strategies that align growth with a just, sustainable and resilient future. She brings over 15 years’ experience of working to develop and implement sustainability strategies and impact-focused projects with businesses across FCMG, finance, luxury, global retail, real estate and marketing and advertising sectors.

Elin is a Programme Manager working in the Digital Learning Team. Elin joined CISL as a Project Manager in 2021 and has worked closely with the Digital Learning Team portfolio directors to implement portfolio wide strategies and plans. Elin has also supported CISLs partnership with online education partner GetSmarter.

Dr Tim Forman is a Senior Teaching Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge, where he serves as a Course Director and Director of Studies of the ‘Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment’ Master’s and Postgraduate Certificate programme.

Tanja acts as Course Director for the Master’s in Sustainability Leadership, Flexible Route and for the Postgraduate Certificate (Organisational Stream) and Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business. She has taught and tutored courses in social entrepreneurship, strategy, general management and collaborations, and has knowledge of design and systems thinking as processes to develop sustainable solutions to complex social and environmental issues.

Emre Usenmez leverages his knowledge of economics, law, and finance to deliver insights into key sustainability challenges. His main research interests are in energy and natural resources, legal and regulatory mechanisms, public choice, sustainable finance, and economic theory and law. He also supervises economics at Gonville & Caius, and he is a research associate at Emmanuel College.
