6 November 2025 - CISL is delighted to have welcomed a cohort of senior leaders from global organisation to November's Business & Sustainability Programme (BSP) here in Cambridge, focused on helping decision-makers navigate and lead in an age of disruption.
Business leadership today sits between two competing narratives: one of rapid transition and innovation, and another of rising systemic risk and faltering faith in markets to deliver change. As these conflicting stories dominate headlines, we brought together a cohort of senior leaders who are choosing to shape the agenda rather than sit back and see how it plays out.
Throughout the 3-and-a-half-day seminar, participants immersed themselves in the forces shaping their sectors, implications for strategic business decisions, and key leadership tensions. We know that collaboration will be critical to shaping the markets of the future whilst surviving the volatility of today, and it was a privilege to spend time with this new community of leaders joining the existing network of over 3500 alumni.
The programmes bring together an incredible wealth of expertise from Speakers, Contributors and Faculty who cover a range of roles from leading industry, policy and academia. Topics are shaped based on the current challenges facing business, and this seminar we covered topics including competitive sustainability, transformational leadership, macro geopolitical and economic trends and the practical application of strategy.
The programme is for those leaders who want to turn ambition into strategy, and strategy into competitive advantage. And who want to be part of building the momentum to reshape markets to ensure these strategies deliver in commercial terms.
