Karen brings over 30 years’ leadership experience in sustainability, innovation and business, most recently as Unilever’s Global VP Sustainability.  She is passionate about helping leaders integrate sustainability into strategy and culture to drive change. 

Philippe Joubert is Founder and CEO of Earth on Board, an ecosystem of sustainability actors dedicated to informing and helping Boards to put sustainability at the centre of the company’s strategy, achieving an Earth Competent Board.

Sam Mostyn is a non-executive director and sustainability adviser. Her current board roles include Mirvac, Citibank, CoverMore, Transurban and Virgin Australia
