Dr. Maingey-Muriuki is a highly respected and gifted African leader in the areas of Climate Change and Sustainability. Through CaelKlima, a start-up that she founded and currently runs, she has built a strong reputation for excellence in developing measurable sustainability strategies that lead to impactful change. Her primary focus is on driving stakeholder alignment across different sectors and supporting diverse businesses in translating their strategies into action.

Dan has served as the Research Lead for Investment Stewardship in the Future of Boards programme, a two-year collaboration between the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the global law firm DLA Piper. He began his career in the Group Strategy Department of the European Investment Bank and has since worked with research institutions, commercial firms, and UN organisations on corporate governance, organisational restructuring, and public investment programmes.

Richard Hardyment has over 15 years of experience advising and assessing companies on responsible and sustainable business practices. He is currently at the Institute of Business Ethics, where his work focuses on the intersection of markets, morals, and measurement.

Shruti Kapila is Professor of History and Politics at the University of Cambridge, Director of Studies at Corpus Christi College and Co-Director of Global Humanities Initiative. Her most recent book Violent Fraternity: Indian Political Thought in the Global Age (Princeton University Press, 2021 and Penguin Random House India, 2021) has received praise as a ‘ground-breaking’ book that is tipped to ‘globalise’ the field of political thought. She was awarded an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours in 2024 for services to the Humanities.

Dr Marc Kahn is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at Investec. Prior to joining Investec in 2008 he led a management consulting firm specialising in large scale change initiatives and executive development. He is a chartered business coach, clinical psychologist, author and teacher. Marc draws on complexity sciences and systems theory in his work and maintains that twentieth century industrial models of organisation are defunct. He lives in London.

Dr Jan Rosenow is a leading expert in energy policy, with over 20 years of experience. He has research associations with Cambridge, Oxford and Sussex Universities as well as FU Berlin, managing energy policy initiatives across Europe.

Peter has over 40 years of professional experience in the European Commission and in the UK Civil Service. He draws on his broad expertise in strategy, communication, management and international relations to advise on sustainability and resilience matters and to develop appropriate strategies.

Dina is an experienced academic in the areas of luxury branding and marketing with more than 16 years of teaching and research experience in both the UK and Egypt.

David holds a Ph.D. in Business and Territorial Competitiveness from University of Deusto, an MBA and an MSc in Finance from University of the Basque Country, and completed a Bachelor in Business Administration at San Pablo CEU University. He has more than 12 years of experience in innovation, competitiveness and sustainable development both in academia and in international consulting.

Karen brings over 30 years’ leadership experience in sustainability, innovation and business, most recently as Unilever’s Global VP Sustainability.  She is passionate about helping leaders integrate sustainability into strategy and culture to drive change.
