Malcolm Gray

Malcolm is CFO and a co-founder of Libryo. Prior to co-founding Libryo he spent 16 years working for Investec Asset Management in a number of senior roles, including as Portfolio Manager of various ESG funds and Global Head of ESG. Malcolm is also a husband and father, married to Colleen, with three wonderful boys: Daniel, James and Joshua. They live in Cape Town and share a passion for travel and family time. He and the boys are also snowboard enthusiasts! Malcolm enjoys running, cycling and yoga.

John is active in sustainable finance and investment, corporate governance, infrastructure projects, risk management and the green built environment. He has a track record in large capital projects with high beneficial impact on carbon reduction and sustainability and is leading a number of major new capital and development projects including the low carbon retrofit of the Institute’s new City Centre Building.

Ian Ellison

Ian supports CISL executive, graduate and online training programmes. Formerly he led Sustainability in Product Development with Jaguar Land Rover. At JLR Ian and his team supported the development of large-scale circular economy projects, the use of science to drive sustainable product development and business strategy culminating in the development of JLRs first electric vehicle.
