She is a strategic sustainability and governance advisor, experienced non-executive director, admitted attorney and internationally accredited commercial mediator, with more than 20 years’ cross-border experience in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Biography

As Co-Founder of Stories Evolved and an independent consultant, Aimée advises boards, executives, financial institutions, law firms, corporates, government and civil society organisations on sustainability strategy and governance, regulatory and policy alignment, stakeholder risk and responsible business. Her work helps leaders make better decisions in complex, contested environments — strengthening governance, managing risk, building trust and creating long-term value.

Her expertise includes board-level sustainability oversight, sustainability risk and opportunity mapping, fiduciary duties, leadership development, strategic communications, stakeholder dialogue and consensus-building. She has worked with senior leaders across finance, law, energy, infrastructure, mining and professional services.

Her mediation practice extends this work into dispute resolution, with a particular interest in complex commercial and civil disputes involving governance, stakeholder relationships, sustainability, reputation and long-term value.

Aimée holds a BComm and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MSt in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. She is certified as a commercial mediator through CEDR and Conflict Dynamics.
