Alison is Co-Chair of the SES Water Customer and Environmental Scrutiny Panel and Regional Chair of the Water Share+ Customer Challenge Group for Pennon Plc. She is a Supervisor for the Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), an Associate of Executive DEI Mentoring at EA Inclusion, and a Director of Welcome Innovation Ltd.
She previously held two senior non-executive public appointments with the Environment Agency and the Consumer Council for Water. Her earlier roles include Director at CISL, Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant, and a position at the House of Lords.
She has experience as a Non-Executive Director, Chair and project manager, and is a Spanish speaker.
Alison holds two Masters-level degrees: an MSc in Responsible Tourism and a Master’s in Leadership for Sustainable Development. She also holds a degree in Environmental Resource Science and Spanish and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner in project management.
