15 October 2025 - The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), in partnership with The Crown Estate, hosted a one-day Water Hack Day on 15 October 2025, bringing together over 60 innovators, sector experts, entrepreneurs, policy makers and academia to co-design bold solutions for upstream water pollution and demand.

7 October 2025 - We are pleased to announce a new strategic collaboration with Boston Scientific, which aims to accelerate sustainability in healthcare. By combining academic insight with industry expertise, the collaboration will explore innovative approaches that deliver value for patients and healthcare systems, while reinforcing a shared commitment to a healthier planet.

23 September 2025 - Earlier this month, CISL Africa held a series of high-level engagements in Nairobi and Addis Ababa aimed at unlocking the climate leadership needed to enable a just and sustainable transition for Africa.

26 August 2025 – Starting this year CISL’s Master’s in Sustainability Leadership applicants can choose St Edmund’s to be their ‘home’ in Cambridge.
