Professor Doroteya Vladimirova is the Founder and Head of the Net Positive Lab at the University of Cambridge Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), and Visiting Professor of Sustainable Business at the Cranfield University School of Management. Doroteya’s work focuses on how business can extend its aspirations beyond sustainability to become a net positive contributor of social, environmental and economic value to the world. Her current research involves re-modelling the future of fashion, design for net positive products, and making the shift towards net positive organisations.

Steve spent 12 years in industry, finally as Engineering Systems Manager at Martin-Baker Engineering, the world leading manufacturer of ejection seats. He became Professor of Life Cycle Engineering at Cranfield University in 1998 and joined the University of Cambridge Institute for Manufacturing in 2011. He is Director of the Centre for Industrial Sustainability.

Munish Datta, Global Director of Sustainability, Fellow, Advisor and Trustee. Munish is passionate about the crucial role every sector of society - government, business, civic, individuals - must play to create a truly equitable, inclusive, sustainable world. He is Director with Specsavers Group, leading the design and delivery of its global sustainable business strategy. As a sustainability advisor to BNP Paribas Real Estate (Investment Management) and Danone (Specialised Nutrition), Munish provides strategic global insights, advice, and critical thinking.

Philippe Joubert is Founder and CEO of Earth on Board, an ecosystem of sustainability actors dedicated to informing and helping Boards to put sustainability at the centre of the company’s strategy, achieving an Earth Competent Board.

Juliane Reinecke is Professor of Management Studies, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Previously, she was Professor of International Management & Sustainability at King’s Business School, and prior to that was a Professor at Warwick Business School.

Dr Benn Lawson is University Senior Lecturer in Operations Management, Director of the Management Studies Tripos (MST), and Director of the Centre for Process Excellence & Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Benn is also Director of Studies in Management at Gonville and Caius College, University of Cambridge.

Angus is Professor in Environmental Management, Edith Cowan University, Australia and Extraordinary Professor in Environmental Sciences and Management at North West University, South Africa He has more than 30 years of experience in environmental and sustainability assessment research, teaching and practice.

Polly was Founder Director of the University of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (1989–2021). She is now a Board member of a number of major corporates, Chair of the Faculty Board of Engineering at the University, and a Deputy Lieutenant for Cambridgeshire

Tony Juniper CBE is a prominent environmental figure, active in the defence of Nature for 40 years. He has led major organisations, run global campaigns, written many books and advised at the highest levels.
