Dr Benn Lawson Fellow

Dr Benn  Lawson, Fellow

Dr Benn Lawson is a University Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and Director of the Centre for Process Excellence & Innovation.


Biography:

He is also a Director of Studies in Management at Gonville and Caius College, University of Cambridge. Benn received his Ph.D. from The University of Melbourne, and was previously on faculty at Queen’s University Belfast and The University of Melbourne. Benn's research interests include supply chain strategy, buyer-supplier relational dynamics, and supply chain sustainability.

Benn serves on the editorial board of Journal of Operations Management, as an Associate Editor for Journal of Supply Chain Management, and his research has been published in outlets including Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and Journal of Supply Chain Management. Benn is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, UK (MCIPS), and has held visiting appointments at Manchester Business School, University of Melbourne and North Carolina State University. As a Fellow of CISL, Benn is involved in supervision and teaching on the Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Value Chains.
