Dominic Christian is Chairman of Aon Reinsurance Solutions, and more recently as Deputy Chairman of Lloyd’s. Working with inspiring leaders and energetic colleagues, he endeavours to always uphold his long-standing beliefs in personal choice, multi-culturalism and gender fairness; the cause of climate change and the empowering charitable and educational sectors.
As Chair of ClimateWise, Christian worked to align the insurance industry with the challenges posed by climate change. In this role, he collaborated with member organisations to address the climate risk protection gap and encouraged greater industry engagement in sustainable risk management practices.
He has highlighted the potential for the insurance sector to support climate resilience through improved risk modelling, the use of insurance-linked securities (ILS), and partnerships with governments and regulators.
