5 December 2025 - What does leadership look like in this new era? An expert panel convened by CISL and the Oxbridge Society of the United Arab Emirates argued that Middle Eastern leaders must act urgently to keep pace with rapid change in the region.
Panelists including CISL’s Executive Director of Education, Alice Spencer, called for leaders to make bold moves to accelerate transformation. From scaling sector-specific blended finance to adopting innovative approaches to influencing policy, the panel shared practical insights that Network members can implement to build resilience and unlock growth. Chaired by James Maugham, Oxbridge Society Chair, and hosted by DIFC, this event brought together dozens of CISL Network members and alumni of the University of Cambridge.
