16 October 2025 - Sudip Hazra, Director First Sentire Group (FSG) has been appointed as Working Group Co-Chair for CISL’s Investment Leaders Group (ILG) alongside Victoria Leggett, Head of Impact Development and Equity Fund Manager, Union Bancaire Privée (UBP).
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Sudip Hazra, Director First Sentier Group (FSG) as Working Group Co-Chair for CISL’s Investment Leaders Group (ILG) alongside Victoria Leggett, Head of Impact Development and Equity Fund Manager, Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) who has chaired the group for the past year.
Sudip said:

The ILG, convened by the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, brings together leading pension funds, insurers, and asset managers working together to achieve the collective goal of a sustainable investment chain achieved as an outcome of the investment process alongside the generation of robust, long-term returns.
Victoria and Sudip will drive the agenda of and provide strategic guidance to the ILG Working Group of member entities as we work together to address critical challenges and identify and capitalize on opportunities in responsible investment.
