This report presents a summary of CISL’s research into the integration of sustainability into mainstream leadership programmes, and highlights some of its key findings.

Over past few decades, sustainability issues have become progressively more prominent on the business agenda, shifting from a focus on compliance and reputation management to longer term risk management and competitive advantage.
New business models are now emerging in response to the perceived potential for a ‘perfect storm’ of global events – the challenge over the next 20 years of producing 50 per cent more food and energy and 30 per cent more fresh water, whilst simultaneously mitigating and adapting to climate change.
This report presents a summary of CISL’s research into the integration of sustainability into mainstream leadership programmes, and highlights some of its key findings.
