Will Day

Will is a Fellow at CISL and Chair of the UBS Donor Advised Foundation. He is also a member of the WWF UK Council of Ambassadors. Amongst his previous roles he was Sustainability Adviser to PwC UK, Chair of the UK Sustainable Development Commission, CEO of CARE International UK, Chair of the Sainsbury's Foundation Advisory Board, Chairman of the BBC's Children in Need Appeal and of the Overseas Development Institute. He works with Boards and senior teams to help them understand and identify the need for organisational transformation in a dynamic and changing world.

Dr Nancy Bocken

Nancy Bocken is Professor in Sustainable Business & Circular Economy at Maastricht University, Maastricht Sustainability Institute (MSI), the Netherlands. She has coordinated various (inter)national research projects with a focus on business as the driver for sustainability transitions. Her research topics include sustainable business models, business experiments, circular economy, sufficiency, regeneration, and closing the 'idea-action' gap for sustainability through novel tools, methods and approaches.

Dr Steve Waygood

Steve leads Aviva Investors' Global Responsible Investment team, which is responsible for integrating environmental social and corporate governance (ESG) issues across all asset classes and regions of c£320bn of assets under management. The team has achieved an A+ ranking in governance and strategy from the UN Principles for Responsible Investment; and a Tier 1 assessment for Stewardship from the UK Financial Reporting Council (the UK's independent regulator responsible for promoting high quality corporate governance and reporting).

Dr Wayne Visser

Prof. Dr Wayne Visser is a Fellow and Head Program Instructor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He is also a Visiting Professor at Antwerp Management School’s Sustainable Transformation Lab, which he established in 2017. He is Director of the think-tank and media company, Kaleidoscope Futures, through which he co-produced and presented the award-winning documentary film on the circular economy called Closing the Loop. In addition, he is Founder of CSR International and Board Member of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI).
