The aim of this event is to highlight how businesses are engaging on nature policy. Following the landmark agreement in Montreal at the biodiversity COP 15 to place 30 percent of the planet and 30 percent of degraded ecosystems under protection by 2030, the enormous increased interest in nature at this COP, and as 9 December is marked for discussions on nature, land use and oceans, it is an excellent opportunity to showcase the joint appetite of businesses and EU decision-makers to align climate and nature action.
