Hosted in the Cambridge Union Society's debating chamber and as an introduction to the University and CISL's wider work, Hooper spoke to a group of leaders from the outdoor sector, who were uniquely positioned to make a profound impact in order to meet society's needs on a finite planet.
She discussed the window of opportunity that business leaders are now presented with to bend the curve on the nature crisis - and urged attendees to use their creativity, energy and the collaborative spirit that Cambridge fosters to become assertive advocates for system change.
The annual European Outdoor Summit was hosted this year in Cambridge, and seeks to bring together the outdoor trade, address the most important subjects, and facilitate high-level business collaboration that will benefit each delegate, every organisation, the entire sector, and the planet.
