Professor Jorgen             Randers

Jorgen Randers is a Norwegian environmental scientist, dynamic systems expert and Professor of Climate Strategy at the Norwegian School of Management, where he teaches scenario analysis and corporate responsibility.


Biography:

Randers also lectures internationally on the issue of sustainable development, within and outside corporations, including for The Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme, run by CISL. He was formerly President of the Norwegian School of Management from 1981 to 1989, and Deputy Director-General of WWF International (World Wide Fund for Nature) in Switzerland from 1994 to 1999. He is non-executive member of a number of corporate boards, as well as the sustainability councils of British Telecom and the City of Rotterdam. He has authored a number of books and scientific papers.
