Charlotte Hill

Charlotte joined CISL in October 2022 as a Project Co-ordinator in the Executive Education team.

Prior to CISL, Charlotte gained valuable experience working within the University of Cambridge as a Student Recruitment Assistant, involved directly with the life cycle of the marketing and content creation of undergraduate publications, from planning to delivery. Additionally, Charlotte has experience working as a Project Coordinator for the Cambridge Admissions Office, where she held a client facing role involving a high-level of communication and rapport-building with senior stakeholders active within the field of education and a high-level of involvement in the creation and management of new processes to help improve and streamline the Postgraduate admissions and funding processes. Other previous experiences, particularly within the field of education, include her accredited training in Lean management and her role as a Senior Administrator at Bell English, working within the HR department to help manage all UK and international staff recruitment, and promote their language and educational programmes.

Originally from England, Charlotte grew up abroad attending international schools in Italy and Germany and returning to the UK to attend University in Edinburgh, receiving a bachelor’s degree in international business with Languages. She later completed her Lean training course. Her hobbies include figure skating and studying new languages and cultures.
