An AI governance playbook that turns individual decisions into a considered strategy.
Work on one sector, your function or your wider organisation. Build an approach you can explain to colleagues and put into practice.
Choose where AI should and should not be used. Weigh long-term value, risks and competing interests, not just immediate returns.
Make responsibility work in practice. Clarify who can shape, approve, challenge or stop AI. Align the controls and incentives that shape how people act.
Build support. Adapt as conditions change. Make the case to colleagues, set implementation priorities and review decisions as technology, markets and expectations evolve.

How do the 2.5 weeks work?
Before the first session: start with context
Share your role, sector and governance challenge with Paski, your AI tutor. Self-paced onboarding, personalised reading and an audio briefing prepare you for the programme.
Live sessions with faculty
Tuesdays and Thursdays. Six sessions across the programme, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
All live sessions are recorded. Sessions run at 13:00 UK time.
Personalised learning and application
AI tutorials and audio briefings connect the ideas to your context. You do the critical thinking, while Paski supports you to develop each playbook section.
Applied work: allow 75 to 90 minutes per learning unit, across five units. Also allow time for onboarding, readings and AI tutorials.
