Phil joined CISL in 2022 as Programme Director in the Executive Education Strategy team, supporting an expanding portfolio of programmes for a diverse range of multinational clients. Previously, she worked at Cambridge University Press and Assessment, delivering bespoke B2B education products and services. She worked internationally for 12 years in English language teaching and education management, and is currently studying for an MSc in sustainability.
