Kamila joined CISL in November 2021, as a Project Manager in the Executive Education team. Kamila manages a range of programmes with clients across the finance sector. Previously, she held various roles at the University of Cambridge, including at Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, where she was responsible for managing a broad range of activities, such as project operations coordination and business change management.
During her career, Kamila gained a vast amount of experience in project and event management, IT systems implementation, database design, conferences, cancer seminars, and scientific meetings on a local and international scale.
Kamila is a deadline driven, Prince2®, AgilePM®, and Change Management qualified* professional with a proven track record of delivering project objectives, implementing new business systems, redesigning processes, and managing organisational change. She believes in and aims to develop a professional environment in which Lean approach and improving business processes play an important role.
Kamila holds a MA degree in Journalism and Public Communication from Jagiellonian University in Poland.
