Before joining CISL, Felicity was Head of Sustainable Finance Innovation at the City of London Corporation, where she operated at the intersection of government and industry. Here, she led initiatives aimed at supporting the position of the UK as a global hub for sustainable finance, covering areas such as transition finance, carbon markets, nature finance, and impact investment. In this role, she oversaw the design and establishment of the Transition Finance Council, co-launched by the City of London Corporation and UK Government, and chaired by Lord Alok Sharma KCMG.
Prior to this, Felicity led the work of strategic advisory firm, Global Counsel, on ESG and sustainable finance, where she specialised in the UK, US and EU ESG regulatory agendas. She started her career as an investor at Ruffer LLP, a London-based investment manager, where she managed private client portfolios and worked on the integration of ESG considerations into the investment process.
