Members celebrating CISL Global Network Day

24 July 2025 - In July 2025, CISL celebrated its community by marking Global CISL Network Day. Network members joined events in Singapore, London, Hong Kong, Hamburg, Geneva, Bern, Dubai and San Francisco. Those unable to attend in-person gatherings met online.

Over the past three decades, CISL has grown a powerful network of leaders, innovators and practitioners who drive change in every industry and on every continent. This network has recently grown to more than 40,000 members.

CISL’s Network Ambassadors played a crucial role. San Francisco-based Ambassador Dr Pavan Manocha assembled a distinguished panel to discuss how artificial intelligence can accelerate the transition to clean energy. In Dubai, Network Ambassador Shyrose Osman joined with Dr Samiullah Khan to host an event addressing food and water security.

A Global Network Day message from CISL CEO, Lindsay Hooper, recognised the diversity, breadth and impact of the community which is present in more than 80 countries, and which includes not only alumni of CISL’s programmes, but also Fellows, Senior Associates and members of CISL’s leaders’ platforms.

Lindsay noted that at a time when “the climate, nature and inequality crises continue to escalate, and markets continue to prioritise short-term returns, the contributions of Network members to reshaping the future of our economies and societies are more important than ever.” Although the context remains challenging, we are seeing momentum for change as Network members apply insights and solutions to accelerate the global industrial and economic transition.

All CISL Network members are invited to get involved in future activities by visiting CISL’s private LinkedIn group for Network members, or contacting the Ambassador for your region.
