Build the knowledge and confidence to shape a future-fit business
As organisations respond to evolving sustainability challenges and opportunities, many employees are being asked to contribute to solutions without having a shared knowledge of what sustainability leadership means in practice.

- Understand key sustainability concepts and terminology
- Connect sustainability actions to business decision-making relevant to real-world context
- Learn in short, manageable bursts of a few minutes at a time

We're looking for organisations from a wide range of sectors with the ambition to strengthen sustainability capability across their workforce. The pilot is particularly relevant for:
- Business unit leaders
- Transformation and change leaders
- Sustainability and ESG teams
- Learning and development leaders
- HR and people teams
Pilot cohorts will typically consist of about 30 learners who will complete the sample learning journey (approx. 20-25 minutes) and provide feedback on the content and the overall learner experience.
Sustainable Finance is the first pilot topic.
The initial pilot focuses on sustainable finance content, so we would welcome pilot participants from finance sectors or functions within any organisation. . We plan to build out learning content for topics over time, so we also welcome pilot partners from other sectors or business functions leading capability-building programmes. Our ultimate ambition is to develop a scalable approach to ground-up, organisation-wide sustainability leadership capabilities, establishing a shared language and collaborative action.
Feedback from participating pilot partners will inform future programme development.
Why this partnership?
The Stickerbook concept originated from research undertaken as part of the Master's in Sustainability Leadership and has grown within the wider Cambridge sustainability ecosystem. Supported through initiatives including the CISL Canopy programme and Cambridge Enterprise, Stickerbook represents an innovative Cambridge-grown approach to sustainability engagement, making it a natural partner for CISL as we explore new ways to build sustainability knowledge at scale.
