The Ibero-American Business Network for Green Growth (IABN) - an initiative of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) - together with the Carbon Trust and the Corporate Leaders Group UK are delighted to invite you to a networking lunch reception during Climate Week NYC 2025 to launch IABN’s COP30 Business Statement.
At this event, the IABN will launch its COP30 campaign in support of tripling renewables by 2030 and calling for the conditions to enable an inclusive, prosperous, and nature-positive energy transition, with particular recognition of Latin America’s unique role and opportunities.
The reception will provide space for networking and dialogue with business leaders, governments, and partners at the forefront of climate action in Latin America and beyond. Expected participants include the new UK Minister for Climate Katie White, senior representatives of the Brazilian government (invited), IABN members, Carbon Trust representatives, as well as leading global businesses and organisations. We hope you can join us in New York as we mobilise business action for a successful energy transition towards COP30.
