Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)

This event will focus on the critical role small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play in driving sustainable innovation across supply chains. It will explore how large corporations are enabling SMEs to prioritise sustainability, the policy frameworks needed to support this, and the vital role of SMEs in achieving broader climate targets.

The event will also include a panel discussion featuring representatives from Unilever, who will share insights into their sustainable food initiatives, and how they are engaging their supply chain partners to drive impactful change, policymakers, and key industry groups such as the British Chamber of Commerce. The discussion will focus on what more can be done to enable SMEs to overcome barriers and ensure that climate targets are achieved.
