Dr. Pavan Manocha is a management consultant, operations strategy scholar, adjunct-professor of innovation & technology leadership, and an early-stage venture investor. He practices and invests at the intersection of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies, operations management and sustainable development (responsible consumption & production / energy transition), primarily within extractives and manufacturing industries. Pavan holds degrees in Applied Computer Systems (BSc), International Business (MBA) and Sustainability Leadership (MSt ). His doctoral thesis (PhD): How Green is the Deal? explored how sustainable supply chain strategy considerations might inform mergers & acquisitions. He has attended the University of Cambridge, Stanford University and the Harvard Business School. For ten-years of his career he held positions of increasing responsibility within the global energy and M&A integration practice of Deloitte. His business consulting experiences have included feasibility/fit assessment studies, strategic and tactical planning, project management, business and systems re-engineering and M&A integration consulting.
Pavan is based in San Francisco, California; and has been the US West Coast Ambassador since 2015.
