About
Michael played a key role in Westpac’s Climate Change Action Plan, which includes using scenario analysis to set ambitious long-term targets for financing climate change solutions as well as tightening Westpac’s lending criteria to carbon-intensive sectors.
With a background in project finance, Michael has also held various senior sustainability roles at PwC, Insurance Australia Group and the World Economic Forum. Michael is a Chartered Account and also holds a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
