Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)

Lucy leads CISL’s work to drive systems-level change in sectors like aviation and the built environment, leveraging CISL and the University’s expertise for impact. She is the CISL sector lead for the built environment which includes CISL’s living lab. Prior to this, she spent 8 years leading CISL’s executive education programmes with the built environment sector, Chinese city governments, and the extractive industry before tilting her focus towards innovation and policy engagement. She holds Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Value Chains from University of Cambridge focused on embedding sustainability across the University’s construction projects.

Biography

Lucy joined CISL in 2015 from Earthwatch, an international environmental charity where she headed up Earthwatch’s Hong Kong office and oversaw operations in South-East Asia. Lucy studied Geography at the University of Edinburgh and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
