Dr Tom Norton

Dr. Tom Norton is recognised as an expert in the field of workplace culture and climate. At CISL he is responsible for designing and delivery executive education programmes using his deep expertise in organisational psychology. He previously worked at Arup supporting clients in infrastructure, transport, professional services, technology, international development, and construction., working primarily in infrastructure mega projects and the built environment.

His research focuses on how employees' perceptions of the work environment influence their behaviour towards strategic, organisation-level priorities, particularly in the context of sustainable development. Tom's passion lies in understanding how people interact with their environment, the behavioural consequences, and the dynamics that underpin organisational culture.
