Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)
Sofia focuses on sustainability in asset management. She also specialises in growth/strategies (M&A, cross-border investment channels) with extensive experience leading business integration and from sustainability/ESG perspectives, aligning global standards and business models - focusing on regulations and policies, business transformation and resilience.
Prior to this, Sofia was a Private Equity and Real Estate Product Specialist, conducting industry research and investment due diligence, as well as product development. She has over 11 years' experience working in US and Asia across public and private markets (sell-side, buy-side) and from institutional investor/asset owner and UHNWIs perspectives. Sofia holds a Masters in Management (MSc) from Imperial College London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hong Kong, and also studied Chinese Language & Culture at Tsinghua University.
