International Law firm Hogan Lovells will offer an overview of the key legal considerations for impact-led startups and small businesses, from employment law to IP and data protection. This will be followed by a drop-in clinic offering an opportunity to talk through your legal queries.  

Delivered by HL BaSE, Hogan Lovells’ impact economy practice. The practice provides practical, commercial advice to social enterprises, non-profits and mission led businesses. 

This one hour session will cover key Legal considerations for impact organisations, including:

  • Employment Issues
  • Protecting your IP
  • Data Protection
  • Embedding Your Purpose
