Susan Njoroge

Susan is Managing Director of Responsible Business Consulting (RBC), providing independent consulting services to propel and embed sustainability and effective corporate communications for Africa’s sustainable development.

In addition to being a CISL Fellow, she also works closely with the CISL Africa Programme expanding CISL’s impact on the African continent.

Susan is also an adjunct Executive Fellow, Strathmore Business School, Kenya, a B Leader, and a trainer with weESG on sustainability.

Prior to consulting, Susan has worked with global companies DHL, Unilever, and Standard Chartered Bank in Africa, Asia and Europe delivering their sustainability and corporate communications agendas. She also worked with CSR Europe, Europe’s largest corporate sustainability membership network.
