Alexandra Innes has held non-executive roles with the Bank of England, Knight Frank LLP, Securities Trust of Scotland, Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust. She is a British/US/Swedish non-executive director and board adviser in financial services, real estate and sport/media. She has an international executive career in global capital markets, investment banking, and the alternative investment management industry.
Board committee experience includes as Chair Remuneration & Nominations, Chair Sustainability, Chair Media, Audit & Risk, Technology & Innovation and currently holds a NED board role at The Collinson Group.
Alexandra's qualifications include an M.A. Hons Economics (Cantab); CFA ESG Investing; Green & Sustainable Finance Professional (CCBI GSFP); Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (Chartered MSCI), and the Chartered Banker Institute. Alexandra is also a Fellow of Chapter Zero.
