Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)

19 March 2014 – Advisory Council I of the Green Growth Platform has released a report to the Green Growth Ministers on their discussions so far around the 2030 EU Climate and Energy Package and links to growth, jobs and competitiveness.


The Advisory Council functions as an ongoing consultative process with European and global experts, business leaders, and associations with a view to reporting to the Ministerial Green Growth Group. Advisory Council I (Chair Laurence Tubiana, IDDRI & Alex Bowen, Grantham Institute) focuses on the economics of growth, jobs and competitiveness whereas Advisory Council II (Chair Philippe Joubert, CLG) focuses on climate & energy policy and the role of energy intensive and low carbon sectors.
