16 July 2026 - From transforming a century-old manufacturing business to scaling circular economy solutions, alumni share how the programme has helped them drive change in their organisations and beyond.
The Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) has unveiled a refreshed Cambridge Business Sustainability Programme (CBSP), designed to help leaders navigate disruption while building the capabilities needed to shape the markets, sectors and organisations of the future.
The announcement follows the launch of CISL's new Making Markets Fit for the Future agenda, which explores how business, finance, government and civil society can work together to create market conditions that reward resilience, innovation and long-term value. The refreshed CBSP brings this agenda into practice by equipping leaders to respond to disruption while helping shape the systems and markets in which their organisations operate.
For more than 30 years, the CBSP has brought together senior executives from around the world to explore how organisations can create long-term value while navigating complex change. This year's programme focuses on one defining challenge: leading through disruption.
The programme's impact can be seen across its global network of over 4,000 alumni. You can read impact stories from some of these alumni here: Impact stories: The Cambridge Business & Sustainability Programme over the years
The next Cambridge Business Sustainability Programme takes place in Cambridge in November, bringing together a global cohort of leaders committed to building resilient organisations and helping create markets fit for the future.
