Biography

Prior to starting his consulting company, Kairon, Tim was an award winning Chief Learning Officer at Unilever,  responsible for developing the leadership capability for ongoing business growth and transformation, and the realisation of Unilever’s purpose. Tim led the development of the next generation of C-Suite leaders, building bespoke development plans for each leader; the program has supported a number of current C-Suite leaders and Tim continues to support Unilever with the development of their most senior leaders.  Prior to being CLO, Tim was HR Vice President for Unilever UK & Ireland, a 2.5bn Euro business, and has worked in global roles as well as across Europe and the Americas, assignments including setting up Global Business Services and turning around an under-performing company.

Tim now works with organisations to identify the leadership needed to succeed in their context, focusing on the “inner and outer game” need to lead in the 21st Century. Tim also helps to build that leadership through development programs for groups, and by building bespoke development plans and coaching for individual leaders. He also works with organisations to build the culture needed to win and thrive in the disruptive environment, enabling people to work from purpose to drive performance, growth, and resilience. Tim also works with leadership teams to unlock impact and performance.
