Richard is the founding partner of the new African Climate Finance Hub and as Senior Associate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, has acted as a member of faculty on a number of programmes for senior leadership of organisations such as PwC, the World Bank and Tata.
Richard has for the past nineteen years been working in the fields of democratic governance and sustainable development in South Africa and around the African continent.
Having joined the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in 2008, Elspeth is also a tutor on the Anglo American Advanced Social Management programme.
From 2003–2006 she was the director of the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School MBA. She was instrumental in the introduction of the Modular MBA programme and introduced ‘The Role of Business in Society’ as an integrating course on the MBA. From 2006 she was an independent executive education consultant.

- Having set up the South Africa office of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in Cape Town in 2002 and run it until 2014, Peter remains South Africa Seminar Director for the The Prince of Wales's Business & Sustainability Programme. He also works as an independent facilitator, advisor and mentor based in Cape Town.
