The Research Team and the Centre for Business Transformation are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Team and support ongoing work. We work with leading institutions and organisations to foster new transdisciplinary thinking on sustainability, leading to practical insights, tools and recommendations for decision-makers to carry into their organisations alongside important advances in fundamental knowledge.

The role

The Senior Project Coordinator will spend 50% of their time supporting the CBT and 50% of their time supporting the Research Team to ensure that projects and programmes are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be line managed by the Research Team's Senior Project Manager.

Key skills and experience:

  • Co-ordinate and oversee administration of the project(s).
  • Co-ordinate and support project related activities and events.
  • Take responsibility for developing and optimising project co-ordination procedures
  • Carry out project financial administration
  • Draft standard contracts
  • Provide administrative support to the senior team members and project teams and event
  • Undertake publicity activities linked to the project(s).
  • Organise project events such as conferences, workshops, training sessions
  • Establish and maintain communications
  • Proofread and edit project documents
  • Track project progress, new relationships, and new opportunities in a CRM system
  • Conduct desk related Internet research related to sustainability
