We’re looking for an exceptional individual to play a key role in supporting our team. You’ll play an integral role in the design, development and delivery of a growing global portfolio of online courses in sustainability and leadership here at Cambridge.

You’ll have experience working in a variety of environments where you’ve been given responsibility for administering projects to time and to budget, drawing on the talents of a range of different internal and external stakeholders.

You should be able to demonstrate the following key knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and other external stakeholders 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and events with overlapping deadlines
  • Experience of managing data and the financial aspects of projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of competence across key Microsoft software packages and/or online delivery platforms (e.g. Moodle, Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience of event management and or logistics
  • Educated to at least A Level or NVQ level 3 or equivalent standard or level of relevant practical experience.
