We're looking for an exceptional individual to help us develop and deliver our expanding portfolio of elearning work. You'll have experience working in a business environment using a range of digital media to influence others in roles such as public relations, social media, communication, marketing and digital learning. In this job you'll lead our elearning and creative initiatives working with clients and partners from the design stage through to delivery and evaluation and contribute to the growth of elearning business services through research, analysis and the development of successful proposals.

You'll be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience of leading the design and/or delivery of a number of successful creative media projects for a client or organisation.
  • A good understanding and experience of how to create powerful and engaging stories to influence others.
  • Ability to research and prepare information to be presented to a variety of senior audiences.
  • Ability to deliver presentations, briefings and training sessions on key issues that are of commercial importance to a business with a strong, engaging narrative to clients, partners and learners.
  • Develops and/or maintains an enthusiasm and interest in the latest technology developments in areas such as elearning, social media, digital entertainment, big data and virtual reality.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to grow and maintain relationships with clients, delivery partners and subject experts.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to influence others through powerful verbal and visual narratives, highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as part of a project team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage competing priorities.
  • High level of competence across new technologies such as elearning, social media, online tools, apps and other software packages.

The following attributes will also be desirable:

  • Experience of working with elearning platforms and other online course delivery tools
  • Vocational qualification(s) or courses completed in relevant topics such as digital media design, public relations, social media, corporate communications and elearning.
